The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Danielle Gabal!
Danielle was first introduced to Concordia in August of 2013, when she interned with our Social Services team. She officially joined the Concordia family exactly one year later and split her time between Social Services and Activities for our skilled patients at Concordia at Cabot. In January of 2015, Danielle transferred full-time into Social Services and has since held the role of Social Worker.
Danielle describes Concordia as “compassionate” and told us why she chooses to work for our organization.
“I would best describe Concordia as compassionate. The Concordia family is comprised of team members who are passionate about their job and express genuine love and care for the population we serve.”
She continued, “I feel that it is a privilege to serve our amazing residents, patients and their families. As a team, we are able to have a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. And I am absolutely blessed to work with amazing people.”
Danielle spends her time outside of Concordia with her husband Grant, their dog Stanley and her family. She loves to hunt, fish and watch the Steelers play!
It was evident to us that Danielle’s compassion for those we serve is about as genuine as they come! Not only are her favorite memories of Concordia about our residents but she also told us that residents motivate her to succeed.
“I really enjoy and cherish spending time with our residents. I enjoy hearing their amazing stories and embrace their wisdom and advice. I feel honored and privileged to have the opportunity to positively impact their lives even when they are facing some of life’s most challenging moments.”
