As part of the Better Living Series, Concordia Lutheran Ministries will host an educational session on how diet factors into brain health on May 26 at 11 a.m. in the South Butler Community Library.
The speaker for this event will be Concordia Registered Dietician Natalie Kolish. She will discuss “brain healthy” diets that could help reduce one’s risk for developing dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease in a program titled “Boost Your Memory Power with Nutrition.”
The Better Living series is free to all residents in the Library’s service area, which includes Buffalo Township, Clinton Township, Jefferson Township, Saxonburg Borough, Penn Township, and Winfield Township. No registration is required.
