Long-term nursing care at Concordia at Arbutus Park provides 24/7 skilled support for individuals who need ongoing medical and personal care. Residents are welcomed into a faith-based community where they receive the love, respect and kindness that we believe every person deserves.

Our experienced clinical team partners with food service, activities, spiritual care and families to create personalized care plans for each resident. We are equipped to care for those with complex medical needs and chronic conditions.

Three chef-inspired meals daily, with special diets and nutritional needs accommodated

Clinical staff members are experienced in orthopedics, wound care, cardiac care, IV therapy, diabetes management, memory-impairing conditions and many other post-acute and long-term needs.
