As our year draws to a close, we give thanks for God’s faithfulness through every challenge and blessing—and we look ahead with hope. For many of the residents, patients and families in our care, this season can bring both joy and uncertainty.
Yet even the smallest act of kindness can shine the brightest light.
That is why Concordia’s Season of Hope Giving Campaign (from Nov. 1 to Dec. 31) is so meaningful. Hope is more than a feeling—it is a lifeline. Through your generosity, we can continue to provide compassionate care, spiritual comfort, and essential support to thousands of people across our family of services, including those with limited financial resources.
During our Season of Hope, we invite you to share His light by donating a monetary gift to benefit our Concordia family of services during our campaign. Our goal this year is to raise $350,000 in support of our many facilities and programs.
