It can affect individuals physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually, and it unfolds differently for every family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Concordia-IRMC VNA provides compassionate bereavement support for families whose loved one was served by our hospice program, for at least one year following the passing. Individuals and families throughout Indiana County and surrounding communities are invited to participate in this meaningful moment of reflection and hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"--hc-contrast-text:#ffffff;\" class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4 has-high-contrast wp-block-paragraph\">Families gather to release butterflies as a symbol of remembrance, renewal and continuing connection.
