Concordia at Sumner Summer Concert Series (July 2024)

Concordia at Sumner will host the third installment of its free Summer Concert Series on Friday, July 19, at its campus, 970 Sumner Parkway, Copley, OH 44321.
The Cedric Talbert Trio will perform from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. in the Manor House Great Hall, or outside on our Terrace Room Patio if the weather cooperates.
Tours of our beautiful campus will be available for an hour before each performance, and parking is free and convenient to the Manor House.
Cedric Talbert is an Akron native jazz pianist and graduate of the University of Akron music program. He is joined by fellow alumni Calvin Miller on drums and Charles Klein on bass.
Each member has wide musical experiences that include gospel, bluegrass, rock and classical. They come together as the Cedric Talbert Trio to play music that swings and stems from bebop and the mainstream of jazz.
Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is preferred.
