Concordia at Sumner Open House Events (April 2025)

Concordia at Sumner will hold open house events on Wednesday, April 16, and Thursday, April 17, on its campus, 970 Sumner Parkway, Copley, OH 44321.
The events are free and open to the community, and parking is free.
Both events wills start at 10:30 a.m. with tours of our beautiful campus, followed by lunch and an informational presentation at 11:30 a.m.
We’ll hear from Tony Stover of Grandpa’s House, a premier senior downsizing company, as he compares different types of communities on Wednesday with his “Differences in Senior Living Options” presentation and outlines practical next steps in Thursday’s session “Downsizing and Preparing for Your Move.”
Concordia at Sumner’s experts will also share more information about our worry-free community and our Spring Special: those who reserve an apartment by April 30 will receive a rate lock for two years.
Registration is required by April 10 for these events.
