Good Samaritan Hospice Youth Bereavement Care Event: “The Art of Healing” (2025)

Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia, will host a free Youth Bereavement Care event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, March 29, at its Middlesex Township office, 116 Browns Hill Rd., Valencia, PA 16059. The event is for children and youth who have experienced the death of a loved one.
Titled “The Art of Healing,” the event will be an artistic workshop open to bereaved youth up to 21 years old, as well as their caregivers. Attendees can participate in engaging art activities, facilitated by Steele’s Brushes and Ceramics, to express emotions and form bonds with other families facing grief.
Lunch will be provided for all guests. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
While our bereavement programs are rooted in the Christian faith, they offer a supportive environment that welcomes people of all faiths or backgrounds.
Registration is strongly encouraged by March 24, but walk-ins will be accepted.
