Facing the Firsts: A Free Good Samaritan Hospice Grief Workshop (Jan. 2025)

Good Samaritan Hospice (GSH), a mission of Concordia, will host a free grief workshop, titled “Facing the Firsts,” from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, at its Middlesex Township location, 116 Browns Hill Rd., Suite 100, Valencia, PA 16059.
Please join the GSH team to chat about tips to face all the firsts on your grief journey this year: anniversaries, birthdays, spring holidays and more. We invite those new and old to their grief journey to participate in this free event.
This program is for all ages, and lunch will be provided. Children and teens will participate in special breakout sessions with age-appropriate arts and crafts activities.
While our bereavement programs are rooted in the Christian faith, they offer a supportive environment that welcomes individuals of all faiths or backgrounds. A Zoom link will be available for adults upon request.
Walk-ins are welcome, but registration is strongly encouraged by Jan. 13.
