Feeling and Functioning Through the Holidays by Good Samaritan Hospice

Good Samaritan Hospice, a mission of Concordia, will host a free holiday grief workshop, titled “Feeling and Functioning Through the Holidays,” on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at its office location in Middlesex Twp. (116 Browns Hill Rd., Suite 100, Valencia, PA 16059.)
The event will provide guidance and support to help individuals cope during the holiday season after the loss of a loved one, and will include a fabric craft. Attendees are encouraged to bring the fabric or clothing of their loved one that holds special meaning, and additional fabric will be available.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. Breakfast will be provided.
All ages are welcome, and special breakout sessions with age-appropriate activities will be held for youth.
Walk-ins are welcome, but preregistration is strongly encouraged by Nov. 3.
