Concordia at Sumner Assisted Living & Skilled Nursing Open House (2025)

Concordia at Sumner invites the public and local healthcare professionals to an open house for its assisted living and skilled nursing communities from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 28, in its Dellenberger Building, located at 3669 Chestnut Chase, Copley, OH 44321.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour Concordia’s assisted living, short-term rehabilitation and long-term nursing care units. The event will feature hors d’oeuvres, drinks, live entertainment and a chance to meet the care team and learn more about Concordia’s compassionate care and welcoming environment.
A special offering for discharge planners includes a free take-home virtual CEU (Continuing Education Unit) on “Strategies for Improving Quality of Life for Individuals with Dementia.”
The event is free and open to the community.
Registration is preferred by Aug. 26, but walk-ins are welcome.
