Concordia will present a free 8 credit CEU day on Saturday, April 13, 2024 for PT/OT/PTA/COTA employees and guest partnering therapists.
The host site this year will again be Butler County Community College – Founders Hall.
Concordia employees are expected to attend the seminar, as it will provide an opportunity to interact with therapists across Concordia’s continuum of care.
This year’s course is “Rehabilitation Sampler.” A broad selection of topics will be covered by 12 different PT and OT speakers. New this year are two “movement breaks” we have scheduled into the day with a certified yoga instructor PT – good for us and good for our patients!
The agenda for the day is as follows:

- 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. – Medical Imaging
- 9:00 – 9:15 a.m. – Chair Yoga Part 1
- 9:15 – 10:15 a.m. – Five Phenotypes of Frailty
- 10:15 – 10:30 a.m. – Break
- 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. – Dizziness in an Aging Population
- 11:15 – 12:00 p.m. – Crosswalk between Vestibular and Concussion Rehab
- 12:00 – 12:30 p.m. – Lunch (provided)
- 12:30 – 1:15 p.m. – Transition from SNF to Home
- 1:15 – 1:30 p.m. – Chair Yoga Part 2
- 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. – Integrated Approach to Lymphedema
- 2:30 – 2:45 p.m. – Break
- 2:45 – 3:00 p.m. – Timed Functional Tests
- 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. – Ortho update on THR, TSR, and ADR
- 4:00 – 4:30 p.m. – Post Test and Questions
