At Concordia Visiting Nurses, providing high-quality patient care is still our number one priority for all of our caregivers and it is important that our clinicians have access to the patient and diagnosis-specific information that makes optimal care possible. That’s why we employ the use of a Point of Care (POC) technology in-home health care. Simply meant, all our clinicians use a computer at the point of patient care to document all services to our clients and to satisfy government regulators. With the increased regulatory pressure placed on our industry, our advanced POC computerized technology makes it possible for our agency to meet the challenges of Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) claim forms, electronic claim submission, the Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS), and Planning Policy Statement 1 (PPS1) to satisfy the government’s planning policies.
At Concordia Visiting Nurses, our friendly, reliable caregivers have the skills and expertise to get you back to life as quickly as possible. You have a choice when you need a home health care provider, so consider Concordia. You’ll be glad you did.
