Memory Care

Individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease and other memory-impairing ailments often require special care in a location that gives them the opportunity to thrive. Concordia has the expertise and facilities to help make that possibility a reality.

What You Can Expect

Concordia has offered memory care since long before the term was even coined. At our specialized memory care locations, families can rest assured that their loved ones are not only safe, but flourishing as well.
In addition to Concordia's many standard personal care services, our memory care residents enjoy specialized memory care facilities, services, programming and staffing. Our compassionate team allows those in our care to be as active and engaged as they choose to be - but there is never a shortage of interactive activities to help our residents thrive.

All of our memory care locations are unique and offer slightly different services and amenities.
