Concordia Long-Term Nursing Care is all about helping our residents thrive in the safest, most comfortable setting possible, with support from an expert multi-disciplinary team. All of our long-term nursing care facilities have spacious physical and occupational therapy gyms with modern equipment and excellent clinical staff who works with our physicians to develop a customized program for each individual. The majority of our long-term nursing care beds are in private rooms, making your loved one's stay as comfortable as possible.
We encourage our long-term nursing care patients and their families to participate in their daily care and to be proactive in their recovery. Our in-house social services staff is available to meet with patients and their family in order to stay informed of their progress and discharge plans.
