Inpatient Hospice Services

Hospice care is comfort care when the option of curative treatment is no longer beneficial. At Concordia, we know that each hospice patient in our care has individualized needs and requirements, so our approach to end-of-life care focuses on what is most important to them.

What You Can Expect

For hospice patients who cannot remain in their own homes, inpatient hospice care can be a godsend. Our compassionate caregivers provide 24-hour care in private rooms for those requiring symptom management or around-the-clock care at the end of life.
Each location features beautifully decorated rooms where every detail is designed to offer the most comfortable, peaceful environment imaginable. We believe in living every day to the fullest, because each day matters. We support our patients along their life’s journey and walk with them, focusing on their unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
