Q. Will I have free internet access?
A. Yes, Concordia at Villa St. Joseph is equipped with free wireless internet for our patients, residents and guests to use in most of the building.

A. Staffing ratios vary based on facility, but Concordia prides itself on maintaining staffing levels that meet or exceed best practices in our industry. Feel free to ask the administrator when you visit.
Q. Do you accept my insurance in Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care?
A. We accept most major insurance providers, including: Medicare/Medicaid, Highmark, Security Blue, Aetna, UPMC, Advantra, Gateway and more. The list of participating plans continues to expand, so call us to see if your plan is eligible.
Q. Do you have private rooms?
A. The majority of Concordia at Villa St. Joseph’s Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care beds are private. However, we do believe that having various options of room sizes and accommodations affords current and potential residents more choices. So there are a few semi-private Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care rooms to choose.
Q. How often will I get therapy?
A. Each person in Concordia Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care receives an individualized treatment plan that is specific to his/her needs. We offer treatment 5 – 7 days a week, twice daily sessions (if indicated) at Concordia at Villa St. Joseph. Upon admission, each patient is evaluated to determine how often therapy is needed.
Q. Do you accept Medicaid for Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Nursing Care?
A. Yes, Concordia at Villa St. Joseph is one of several locations in the Concordia family that are able to accept Medicaid. Ask us to help you explore your benefit and payment options – we’re here to HELP you, not sell you.
