My Concordia Career: Roxanne Milnes’ Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Roxanne Milnes!

Roxanne joined the Concordia family in May of 2020 as a Registered Nurse for Concordia Visiting Nurses. She currently serves patients living throughout our Beaver County service area.

When asked to describe Concordia in one work, Roxanne said “dedicated.”

“Concordia is dedicated to both patient care and to their employees.”

Roxanne told us she works for Concordia Visiting Nurses because the home health setting allows for focused one-on-one care with her patients and provides her with the opportunity to work independently.  

Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys spending time with her family, friends and dogs. She loves the great outdoors and in the summer months you’re likely to find her camping, kayaking and enjoying bonfires!

Roxanne told us that her passion to deliver high-quality care drives her motivation to succeed.

“I want to help others, and I strive to be the best nurse I can for our patients.”
