My Concordia Career: Emily Stumpner’s Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Emily Stumpner!

Emily began her Concordia career in April of 2012 at Concordia at Cabot as a Dietary Aide and also served as a Sunday Building Coordinator for our Haven Apartments. Emily’s career progressed when she became an Administrator in Training and later accepted the Personal Care Home Administrator role for Concordia of Wexford.

Emily describes the Concordia organization as “rewarding” and had the following to say about why she chooses to work for us.

“I choose to work for Concordia because of our amazing residents, the potential for career growth and Concordia’s fostering of talent development, and because there is a strong support system within our organization.”

While speaking with Emily, we learned two things – she is driven by our residents and her family!

“I don’t have a specific Concordia memory per se… I just love to interact with our patients and I enjoy talking to them and listening to their stories. If I’m not at Concordia spending time with our residents, I’m spending my time with my family – they are my biggest motivators to succeed!”

We’d love to hear your future story! Find your next career by visiting www.concordiacareers.org.
