My Concordia Career: Autumn Sperski’s Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Autumn Sperski!

Autumn began career at Concordia at Cabot in April of 2018 as a Nurse Aide/Med Tech. She later earned her LPN credentials and currently works in our Personal Care unit at Cabot.

When we asked why she chooses to work for Concordia, Autumn had the following to say.

“I work for Concordia for many reasons including our commitment to our mission statement, the flexibility they provide with scheduling and the opportunities for career growth.”

She continued, “I describe Concordia as a caring organization. Concordia does an outstanding job providing so many activities and outings for our residents – it’s a testament to how much they really care for those we serve.”

Her favorite Concordia memory was when a few of the Pittsburgh Pirates came to visit at Cabot: “The residents were so excited!”

Autumn spends her free time reading, playing the piano and spending time with her family.

She said that she is motivated to succeed by her family and her residents!
