My Concordia Career: Arianna Lindberg’s Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals. Let us introduce you to Arianna Lindberg!

Arianna began her Concordia career in November of 2013 at Concordia at Cabot as a casual RN and worked every other weekend on the overnight shift. She later accepted a full-time position and gained experience working all three shifts prior to accepting a RN Supervisor role in 2016.

In 2018, Arianna transferred to the Concordia of Monroeville/Harmony Physical Rehabilitation campus and began working as the Assistant Director of Nursing. Earlier this year she accepted the Director of Nursing position at Harmony.

Arianna describes the Concordia organization as “caring.”

“Concordia cares for the people they serve, the people who provide those services and the communities in which they serve.”

She had the following to say when we asked why she chooses to work for Concordia.

“I have worked with so many wonderful people within the company that have motivated and supported me – I have always felt part of a team. Once of the company’s mantras is “Concordia cares for those who care for others” and I find that to be true every day. They really take care of their employees and give back to us in so many ways. Above all, Concordia prioritizes quality care for all of our residents and patients.”

Arianna said that she has many fond memories of Concordia over the years including celebrating co-workers’ birthdays, the annual Christmas party, as well as all of the learning experiences she has had with her Concordia nursing career and remembering all of the lives she has touched.

Arianna spends her free time with her husband and the two have been enjoying life as newlyweds! Together they have two cats, Boo Radley and Chowder. She regularly attends concerts and has been getting involved with the Pittsburgh music scene (especially since her husband is in a band!). She also enjoys cooking and spending time with family.

When we asked Arianna what keeps her motivated, she said, “I am motivated to succeed by my desire to provide a valuable service to the most vulnerable population along with a dedicated work ethic that’s been instilled in me by my family.”
