My Concordia Career: Angel Finch’s Story

The Concordia Team is comprised of many talented and compassionate employees who have graciously served our mission in a variety of ways – and we are excited for you to meet these fantastic individuals! Let us introduce you to Angel Finch!

Angel began her Concordia career in March of 2010 and will celebrate her ninth anniversary on the 31st! She has been a Certified Nursing Assistant at our Concordia of the South Hills facility since the start of her career and has also held Receptionist/Concierge responsibilities at the facility.

When Angel initially joined the Concordia team, she chose to work for us because the facility is close to home and offered great benefits. She still cites these as terrific reasons for working with Concordia but after nine years, her perspective has become more personal and when we asked her to describe Concordia using only one word, she said “family”:

“I choose to work for Concordia because of the family like environment. My co-workers and amazing residents have become my family over the years!”

Angel spends her free time spoiling her granddaughter, cleaning (she’s a self-diagnosed perfectionist!), and reading. She states that her children are her motivators to succeed every day.
