Mother’s Day 2020: A Video Greeting to our Residents

From the Concordia family, we want to wish all of the mothers and mother figures a happy Mother’s Day this Sunday!

For many families, especially families whose loved one is a resident at a skilled nursing, personal care, assisted living or retirement community, the holiday is going to look quite different this year. Despite the differences, we wanted to make sure our residents knew how loved and appreciated they are while still making the day special.

To do this, we asked our Activities Directors to let residents’ family members know they can send us a “thinking of you” Mother’s Day video to share with their loved one and online. We were overwhelmed by the response. A huge THANK YOU to all of the families who sent in greetings.
