#GivingTuesday and the Season of Hope

Ask yourself this question- what if we all donated on the same day? How would lives be changed?

We have a day for giving thanks. We have two for getting deals. Now we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. Today, charities, families, businesses, community centers and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity by giving.

Concordia Lutheran Ministries is excited, once again, to incorporate this revolutionary giving movement into our Season of Hope giving campaign. As a special campaign feature, we are highlighting how your gift can directly impact the lives of Concordia’s patients, residents and families. The greatest gift someone could give is the HOPE for a continued support of the important mission of Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Your gift to Concordia Lutheran Ministries may contribute to the following:

$10 provides an adult day services participant with craft projects for one week.

$15 brings warmth for a patient or resident with a lap or throw blanket.

$20 feeds a patient or resident a healthy and nutritious holiday meal.

$25 provides a struggling independent resident with an hour of housekeeping assistance.

$30 provides a half an hour of massage therapy for a resident or patient.

$38 sponsors an orphan for a month through our Angel Tear Ministries grant program.

$50 provides a set of large print novels or puzzle books.

$60 jumpstarts a new coloring activity club for residents.

The possibilities for giving are endless at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Any gift in any amount has a hopeful impact on the many lives that Concordia touches daily.

In this time of gift-giving, we ask you to send your own message of Hope through a meaningful gift of your choosing. For more information or to give today, please visit www.CLMSeasonOfHope.com or call the CLM Foundation office at 724-352-2571, ext. 8363 to make a credit card donation over the phone.

Thank you, in advance, for changing the lives of Concordia’s residents, patients and families this Holy Christmas Season.
