As Employee Appreciation Week 2025 draws to a close, we pause to reflect on what makes Concordia not just a workplace, but a community. Each day, across every Concordia location, our team members show up to serve with compassion, commitment and a calling to care.

From fun-themed dress-down days to shared lunches and a special gift of thanks, this year’s celebrations were all about honoring the hearts and hands of our mission: our incredible team.

As part of our annual tradition, Concordia President and CEO Keith Frndak recorded a heartfelt message to express his appreciation for our staff. Whether in direct care, support services, operations or administration, each team member plays an essential role in advancing Concordia’s mission – thank you to all who help to make Concordia a better place to work, recover and live.
