Concordia Names Kelsey Chromiak Concordia Private Care Manager

Kelsey Chromiak, Concordia Private Care Manager

Kelsey Chromiak was recently appointed manager of Concordia Private Care while continuing to serve as business operations supervisor for Good Samaritan Hospice, both home and community services agencies of Concordia Lutheran Ministries. A graduate of Seton Hill University and Slippery Rock University, Chromiak began her career at Concordia in 2021 as a scheduler for Concordia Visiting Nurses. She later transitioned to special project coordinator for Concordia Community Support Services in May 2022 before assuming her current role with Good Samaritan Hospice, which she will maintain alongside her new leadership position with Concordia Private Care.

As manager of Concordia Private Care, Chromiak will direct all business operations for the private duty home care agency, including establishing and maintaining policies and procedures, growth and marketing strategies, recruiting and hiring, business process improvement and regulatory compliance.

“I look forward to the opportunity to bring comfort to our patients and their families from a business role,” Chromiak said. “Additionally, the mission of Concordia sets us apart from other organizations and provides opportunities for all team members to go above and beyond for each other, those we serve and our communities.”

Chromiak and her husband, Jacob Parisi, live in Kittanning. She is a member of Christ Prince of Peach Church in Ford City.
