This Mother’s Day, Concordia is proud to celebrate the special bond between the mothers and children who work together to serve our residents and communities.

In this installment of our annual Mother’s Day video, Concordia employees read heartfelt letters to their mothers, who are also dedicated Concordia employees. The video showcases the meaningful relationships that make Concordia more than just a workplace.

For many of our employees, their journey into senior care began long before they applied for a job. Growing up, they watched their mothers provide comfort, kindness and support to others. They provided the example, and their children followed in their footsteps.

At Concordia, caregiving is more than a career, it is a calling rooted in faith, community and family. This day and this video are a tribute to the many mothers who continue to inspire us every day.
