Concordia Lutheran Ministries Awarded CARF Accreditation in 2019
Jefferson Twp., Pa. – Concordia Lutheran Ministries (CLM) has achieved the prestigious CARF accreditation based on its recent survey in 2019. The Five-Year Accreditation applies to Concordia Lutheran Health and Human Care – Continuing Care Retirement Community and CLM’s Network. This latest accreditation is the fourth consecutive CARF accreditation awarded to CLM.
An organization receiving a Five-Year Term of Accreditation has voluntarily put itself through a rigorous peer review process and demonstrated to a team of surveyors during an on-site survey that it is committed to conforming to CARF’s accreditation conditions and standards. Concordia technically complied with two sets of standards – CCRC and Network and was evaluated on 1,554 standards. Furthermore, any organization that earns CARF accreditation is commended on its quest for quality programs and services. Corporate Compliance Officer and Corporate Trainer Karen McCarrier, MHA, RN, CHC, NHA coordinated the three-day survey.
