Concordia at Sumner Community Day 2019 (with Grand Opening Celebration)

The public is invited to join us for a day of celebrating the grand opening of our expansion at our first-ever Community Day on Saturday, June 29 from 1 – 5 p.m. The family-oriented event will be held on our campus at 970 Sumner Parkway, in collaboration with the Copley Township Bicentennial Celebration.

Community Day will include a variety of musical acts/entertainment, food trucks, carnival games, a bounce house, fairy tale princesses and more. We will also be providing tours of our expansion and community from 1 – 2 p.m. Registration is requested for those who would like to take a tour. Click here for Google Maps directions.

The three-story expansion will add 65 new independent living apartments and approximately 105,000 square feet. Each of the spacious apartments feature an open concept floor plan with fully applianced kitchen and laundry room. Residents of the expansion will also have access to the first-class amenities that are standard at Concordia at Sumner, including the Terrace Room restaurant, fitness center, swimming pool, craft room, game room and more.
