2023 Concordia Golf Classic: Fun Fore a Great Cause

Concordia’s 2023 Golf Classic was held this year at the Treesdale Golf & Country Club on July 10. It was the perfect summer day to celebrate and support Concordia’s mission of caring.

More than 180 golfers participated in our scramble tournament – and while final figures have not been calculated, preliminary reports show the event raised over $140,000! All the day’s proceeds will support one the most important and historic pieces of Concordia’s mission, the Good Samaritan Endowment Fund, which underwrites confidential charitable care for residents and patients who have limited or exhausted financial means.

Congratulations to our first-place winners, who turned in an impressive 14-under-par: Ron Dorazio, Mike Urban, Mike Diaddigo and Robert Bubarth from Performance Foodservice! Taking second place was Noel Dente, Theresa Hametz, Matt Lewis and Rich Zabinski. Coming in third was Dan Harris, Danny Harris, Chad Simendinger and Arnie Moser.
