Concordia at Kennedy Retirement Living Open House Events

Concordia at Kennedy will welcome the community to retirement living open house events Thursday, Oct. 22, and Friday, Oct. 23, from 1-3 p.m. at 32 Heckel Road, Kennedy Township, PA 15136.
The events offer an opportunity to discover – or rediscover – Concordia at Kennedy and learn about the benefits of retirement living in a close-knit community that combines a peaceful, residential setting with convenient access to Pittsburgh.
Each event will feature a seminar, “The Benefits of Choosing Independent Living,” along with refreshments and tours of the community.
Guests can explore available apartments, meet members of the Concordia at Kennedy team and learn how retirement living can provide greater convenience, community and value while eliminating many of the responsibilities of maintaining a home.
Concordia at Kennedy offers studio, one- and two-bedroom retirement living apartments, with monthly rates starting at $1,695. Residents enjoy a variety of included services and amenities, such as utilities, restaurant-style dinner, continental breakfast, biweekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, maintenance and a full calendar of opportunities to stay active and connected.
In celebration of America 250, Concordia at Kennedy is also offering a special promotion: Apply for a retirement living apartment by Dec. 31, 2026, and receive $250 off your monthly fee for 12 months.
Reservations for the open house events are not required but are appreciated by Friday, Oct. 16.
