Employee Appreciation Week 2026: A Message from the President

Each year, Employee Appreciation Week offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect and celebrate the people who bring Concordia’s mission to life every day.

This year, as we celebrate 145 years of serving others, that gratitude feels especially profound. Because of our dedicated team members, Concordia continues to grow, evolve and extend compassionate care to more individuals and families than ever before. This season of growth is a direct reflection of your commitment, your calling and the way you serve with both skill and heart.

This week is especially meaningful as we also celebrate a new chapter in our ministry. We are grateful to welcome the SpiriTrust Lutheran communities in central Pennsylvania into the Concordia family of services. Their addition reflects both the strength of our shared mission and the opportunities ahead to serve even more individuals with excellence and compassion.

As we begin this special week, we thank all of our team members, whether you are new to our mission or have been here for years – for the moments seen and unseen, for the relationships you build, and for the difference you make in the lives entrusted to our care.
