Outpatient Therapy

At Concordia Outpatient Therapy, our goal is to get you back to life as quickly as possible.

What You Can Expect

Developed to help patients find relief from pain and regain their strength, independence, and mobility. Concordia strives to provide all three major therapies under the umbrella of Outpatient Therapy: Physical, occupational and speech.

Across this spectrum, Concordia offers individualized therapy sessions, aquatic therapy, weight machines, balance equipment and multiple cardio stations for upper and lower body exercise.

While we have the latest equipment, the foundation of our therapy sessions is hands-on therapy treatment from our expert physical, occupational and speech therapists.

Patients can be referred to Concordia Outpatient Therapy through a physician or self-referral for an initial evaluation. We accept most insurances and treat all ages and a broad range of conditions. Our outpatient therapy staff is flexible to accommodate your scheduling needs.

Currently, Concordia at Cabot's is the exclusive provider of Outpatient Therapy.
