Concordia Visiting Nurses Private Duty Services provide non-medical care for individuals who need assistance with daily living in the comfort, security and privacy of their own home. Just like a caring family member, our personal caregivers are always there to lend a helping hand.

Our staff undergoes ongoing training to provide these types of services, customizing them to individual needs, with your independence, comfort and safety in mind.

Concordia Visiting Nurses Private Duty Services does its best to decrease the need for inpatient care by providing the physical, emotional and social care you or your loved one may need. At the same time, Concordia Visiting Nurses Private Duty Services provide the comfort and reassurance families need.

Patients in a hospital or skilled nursing facility must request Concordia Visiting Nurses to avoid being discharged to another home health care provider who may not offer the extensive services or superior quality provided by Concordia Visiting Nurses.
